Great. Friendly place for flambee. Enjoyed the staff.

L'Alsacien Dijon

A large restaurant, everything looks clean and nice, the service is good, the food did not excite us, there are dishes that the waiter puts on a bit of a show with a flambe at the table, a gimmick, there are dessert and cheese carts that are brought to the table to choose, amusing, the steak was brought for approval before it went on the grill, I was not  Ordering it again, and I was also recommended the expensive steak on the menu, I liked the chicken dish better.  The steak came with a ridiculous garnish of a purple onion slice on the steak.

Was happy to see the Bresse chicken on the menu. Nicest place open on a Sunday. Great location to sit out on the square and just enjoy. Tiramisu was an interesting take, very good.

Came here last night with our dog , who was made to feel more than welcome .Service was quick and the food was superb especially the beef bourguignon , delicious. Would highly recommend le fine heurs

It was a pleasant surprise to find the enchanting terrase dining tucked behind the main indoor dining area of the restaurant set like the backyard of a country home. Service staff were an amazing team. Well coordinated and attentive and certainly very proud to be of service to the customers. Food was exquisite and defintely very good value!

Not great! There are far better restaurants in Dijon in my view. This place was so-so and I would not recommend. The food was average at best and the service was not great.

This is a very good restaurant.Location, food, and service is nice.I&#39;ve been there with my family in august 24.Even if this is a smart and Michelin star restaurant, they were been very kind even with our dog, offering him water.Just a suggestion: booking with the fork, it seems possible to chose a 40/45&euro;&nbsp;menu or order a la carte, but this is available just for lunch. I think could be fair be clear on this.Anyway I suggest this place.

Great little informal spot to grab a drink and a flamkuechen. We shared a salad followed by 2 flams. The food was so delicious, I could probably eat here during the rest of my time in town. Thanks for the great experience!

Perfect dinner after several nights of rich French food! Waitress was very helpful and efficient and it was a great evening to sit outside. Was quiet when we arrived but when we were done the place was packed.

Great food, nice place, and friendly staff, I recommend eating here if you are in Dijon, you won&#39;t be disappointed. They also have a great selection of wine.

We loved this place!The food is really good and the restaurant is cute and cozy, perfect to spend a night out with friends. It&#39;s also great to have the possibility to share tartes flamb&eacute;es instead of eating one alone, but also great to eat one alone if you are too hungry or not eating everything. They also have a vegan tarte flamb&eacute;e !

Friendly staff and nice decoration.Tables are quite tight but we were expecting it.The issue was really the food. I had andoillete which is a challenging dish and I have no comparison point so I won&#39;t comment but my girlfriend had Duck confit which was clearly reheated and it was just boring. A serious disappointment.

A really delicious meal in a great setting: Le Central was a fab surprise for us. I&#39;d like to add that I have celiac&#39;s disease and must eat strictly gluten-free, and they not only had gluten-free bread, but were very knowledgable about their menu options. Highly recommend asking for a table with a view of the &laquo;open&raquo; kitchen as well. Merci beaucoup for a great experience!

Fantastic food (including vegetarian) and great service. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be returning the next time we&rsquo;re in Dijon.
